How does tipping work?
On Business and above, clients can leave a tip for their specific barber at checkout. Tips are tracked per staff member and included in your revenue analytics and Invoicr invoices.
What is Invoicr integration?
Invoicr is another MRVL app that handles professional invoicing. On Business and above, completed Bookr appointments automatically create an invoice in Invoicr — no manual entry needed. Clients get a professional invoice with your branding.
What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
When you reach 20 bookings in a calendar month, new bookings are paused until the next month or you upgrade. Existing bookings are never affected — nothing is cancelled.
Can clients book without downloading an app?
Yes — clients just visit your booking page in any browser on any device. No app, no account, no sign-up required for them.
